Stanley has been placed well at Championship show level, including Best Minor Puppy in Show at East Anglia L.R.C. He has also qualified for Crufts and has gained a very respectable VHC out of a class of 35 dogs in the Gamekeepers Class. He has competed at the Welsh Junior of the Year 2012. He has obtained his Bronze Good Citizen Award.

He has gained his Working Gundog Certificate on dummies and also his Show Gundog Working Certificate on game, where the judges were Terry and Gayon Bailey of the Gunstock Kennel. He regularly 'picks up' on shoots which he thoroughly enjoys.
